NWO Construction is a family-owned residential builder and general contractor based in North Branch, Minnesota. We are a husband-and-wife team with deep roots in this community, raising our family here and building for the same people we run into at the grocery store, the jobsite, and church.

Our background is in structural work — concrete and framing — serving both production and custom home builders throughout the Twin Cities. That experience shaped how we operate today. We understand what holds a home together. We know how sequencing impacts schedule. And we’ve learned that speed only matters when quality is protected.

As we continue transitioning into general contracting and custom homes, that structural foundation remains the core of who we are. We don’t simply manage the build, we stay hands-on and involved throughout it. We self-perform critical scopes where it makes sense, and when we partner with subcontractors, they are carefully vetted and held to the same standards we hold ourselves to.

We intentionally take on a limited number of projects so we can run them well. Our focus is not volume. It’s execution, clarity, and long-term durability.

Outside of work, we enjoy time outdoors with family and friends, whether that’s on the lake, around a fire, or simply enjoying what makes Minnesota home. Community matters to us. Integrity matters to us. And the way we build reflects that.
